Local Sales Representative – Thailand (Automotive Connectors)
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand automotive connector customers in the Thailand market to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research on industry trends and customer needs to formulate development strategies
- Handle commercial negotiation, quotation and contract execution; maintain and deepen customer relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Shanghai HQ to follow up order delivery and after-sales
Requirements
- College degree or above; majors in mechanical/electrical/automotive engineering, electronics or marketing preferred
- 3+ years of B2B industrial product sales experience, including at least 1 year in the Thailand market
- Experience in connectors / wiring harnesses / automotive electronics preferred
- Existing customer resources among Thailand OEMs or Tier1 suppliers preferred
- Fluent business English (required); basic Chinese communication is a plus
- Familiar with Thailandu2019s automotive industry and culture; able to develop markets independently
- Proficient in MS Office; willing to travel
Compensation
Base salary + tiered sales commission (uncapped), negotiable
